Clint Brookshire, who joined Avantax in 2003, leads the team of Elite Business Strategists who serve as the primary strategic consultants for Elite firms affiliated with Avantax, a unique community in Cetera Holdings. In this position, he collaborates with Financial Professionals to build a customized approach to achieving success and also leads critical Community Development initiatives.
Previously, as Principal of Strategy for the Avantax Tax-Intelligent Investing initiative, Clint was responsible for crafting the strategic vision and development of its proprietary, tax-intelligent technology.
He also has served as Senior Relationship Manager for the northeast territory, where he built long-term relationships with Financial Professionals and served as an accountability partner, practice management consultant, and sales and business strategy coach.
His experience spans, strategic planning and execution, marketing, investment strategies, client service, succession planning, and goal-setting functions.
Clint holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation as well as a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in management from Texas Christian University. He holds Series 7 and 63 licenses and is a general and variable licensed life insurance agent.
